London police arrest 139 at Palestine Action protest outside US Embassy; Supreme Court hears ban challenge
London's Met Police arrested 139 people, most for supporting a proscribed group, at a Defend Our Juries protest outside the US Embassy on 31 October against the Palestine Action ban. Organisers say over 4,000 have been arrested since July 2025. The Supreme Court hears a ban challenge from Wednesday.
