Gross GST collections were Rs 2.31 lakh crore in October, up 22.9% from Rs 1.88 lakh crore a year earlier; net collections rose 25.6% to Rs 2.03 lakh crore. Import revenue rose 42.2% and domestic revenue 15.8%. Some reports say record, but it is the second-highest month this year after April.
